CAS-ual Friday (sketch)

I'm back with a new challenge from CAS-ual Friday!
This week it's a sketch.

Is that not the perfect clean & simple sketch? *smile*
And did you see the new facelift the blog received?
SO COOL, right?

I pulled out a set of seashell stamps from Kitchen Sink Stamps and had a blast playing with them! I stamped each layer in a different color to give shadows and highlights and make it look almost 3D! Then I chose three and aligned them to fit above my sentiment block. Background is a Burlap Backgrounder from the older CHF collection.

I hope you'll come out and play with us this week!
We are sponsored by Theresa Momber.

Create a card (or layout) based on the sketch above and link it up to the CAS-ual Friday blog for a chance at fame and fortune!
Okay...well not quite fortune, but fame definitely! *grin*

Thanks for stopping by,
XOXO

Fabulous! I love a good photorealistic stamp. Gosh these are so lovely. I, too, thought they were stickers. Talk about genius at work. I also love a good Label One mat too. It is such a fab shape. Well, I am off to check These stamps out. Thanks for the stellar inspiration.

Hope you're well.

Those images are so realistic. I was not sure how you did it. Actually, thought perhaps they were digital. I love this card, especially because I agree with the sentiment, and I live in a beach town--perfect for me.

A burlap background? You trendy gal, you! It's a great one, so realistic looking (makes me wish I'd bought one way back when). And the Kitchen Sink stamps . . . I love looking at their store and all of the amazing effects their stamps create. I've never actually bought one, however, because I can't decide between them! Love the beachy feel, here Dana!

Wow, I thought those were chipboard stickers! The dimension you achieved with the multi-step stamping is incredible. Love the natural-looking burlap background for the shells, too!

Yep, you got me too, Dana - I thought they were pre-made die cuts! And I thought the background was patterned paper. Awesome card!
