Baby dresser card

Hi! How's your Wednesday going so far?
I've had a doozy of a few days so far...you honestly wouldn't believe all the drama happening around here:)

The Denami team is hosting a mini-hop using the Product Spotlight of the week...
this cute little onesie!  It's 10% off all week, so if you've ever wanted it, now is the time to get it:)

A while ago (like several years) I saw this darling dresser card and filed it away in my brain.
When stamping this onesie I remember that card and dug it out of my bookmarks from 2010!
So the concept is completely CASEd, I take no credit. But it's darling, isn't it?

Denami supplies used:

It was so simple to cut the drawers, ink the edges, add brads, and adhere them to the card base. I made the feet/decorative bottom of the bureau by partially cutting it out with a nestie.

If you'd like to win this onesie stamp, then be sure to comment on each of the DT blogs...
Go through this mini hop leaving a comment on each stop and your comment might be chosen randomly as the winner! (If you purchase it, and then win it, your money will be refunded:)

Even though I have worked with her since we were on the Denami design team together in 2011, it's only been in the past two years that I've gotten to know her and feel the benefits of her amazing personality!
She's funny, smart, talented, creative, kind, and an excellent manager!
In short, she's the perfect boss:)

I hope you'll join me in wishing her a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Birthday cards

It's the third and final day of the new Casual Friday Stamps release sneak peeks!
Have you been checking out all the amazing peeks from the Girl Fridays?

I know I've said it before, but this one might just be my favorite so far. *smile*
It's called Bold Wishes and I love, love, love the images in this set!

This set is amazing for background stamping, or for creating a focal point like I did with my first card. And the sentiments fit so well with the bold theme.

Don't forget that all three sets from this month's release will be available in the store tomorrow right after the full reveal!
And if you've been commenting on the blog, your name might be one of the winners announced tomorrow too!

Bridal Shower Favors

Hi All! Sorry for the few and far between posts.
I've been so incredibly busy lately because my BFF is getting married in a few months. I am the MOH and sole creative consultant! *chuckle* She's pretty crafty too so we are doing a LOT of things ourselves:)
I threw her a shower yesterday and these were the favors I made for the guests.

A handful of Juicy Pear Jelly Beans, wrapped in two layers of coffee filters, gathered with ribbon and twine and topped off with a sweet tag!

I made 20 of these little packets and hung them on metal trees on the tables. They have the added benefit of looking like flowers from the top...see?

They were a huge hit!

BUT, that's not all.
I knew some folks wouldn't want sugar so I also made these...

I purchased seed paper in the shape of hearts and put them into glassine envelopes and added another sweet tag! So, if a shower attendee didn't want the handful of jelly beans, they took this awesome plant-able paper favor instead. You just place the heart seed paper on the soil and add water. Beautiful wildflowers will grow!

And isn't it CRAZY that this month's Denami Blog Hop theme is Fancy Favors??
Talk about serendipity!

If you are following along the hop you came from Pattie's Blog, right? She's AMAZING that lady!
Well, your next stop is just as incredible... LARISSA!
Don't forget to comment for a chance to win one of TWO $20 Gift Certificates to the Denami Store. Each comment increases your chances:)
A full list of participants is on the Denami blog if you get lost.

Loving my Casual Fridays Stamps!

Hi all! *wave*
I'm so excited that Spring is almost here (theoretically) in upstate NY. The snow is melting and my driveway is a muddy mess, but I'm delighted:) Hunting for Easter eggs in the snow is not so bad (we do it every year) but I want this snow GONE!

I pulled out some CFS sets that help me feel Spring-like and created this card. Orange is my all time favorite color, and of course green is a must.

Stamps used:

What signs of Spring do you look forward to the most? Birds, flowers, rain?

I love that asparagus prices drop because its in season! *chuckle*  We eat a lot of green vegetables in my house and asparagus is one of my boys' favorites.
I always serve it for Easter.
So what do vegetarians eat on Holidays?
Grilled fresh pineapple, Roasted asparagus, Seitan Ham with pineapple dijon sauce, Corn spoonbread with chives, Ginger glazed carrots, Smashed red skinned potatoes with herbs...And for dessert?
Triple Lemon Cheesecake with my own vegan lemon curd on top:)

Two Favorite photos from our celebration this year:

(Both boys excited about finding eggs)

Pin-spired Birthday card

Hello! I hope everyone had a nice holiday.
I'm sharing a card I made after being inspired by the Pinterest pin below.

I love the soft pastels of the bundle of chalk. So sweet. I chose to focus on the circle ends and the grosgrain ribbon. By stamping several sizes of circles in a square shape, it looked like a gift, so I added the bow!

Denami Supplies

Several Denami DT members have creations for you inspired by this same photo, so check them out on the Blog!

Thanks for stopping by, have a good one!
XOXO,
