Take Three: Summer

It time for another Sketch with Sasya! No. 17 to be exact! I really like this one (do I say that every week? *snort*), and I think you will too! It has so many possibilities. I actually made several cards using this LO, so expect to see them in the next few weeks.

Background woodgrain stamp from WPlus9 (I like that this woodgrain stamp is long enough to cover the card lengthwise). Flower images and sentiment from Take Three: Summer by PTI.
SO what do you think? Are you going to play along this week? Lots of prizes, awards, acknowledgements, etc. are up for grabs if you do!

Check out Sasya's Sketches and try it this week!

Thanks for stopping by today, and for the "feel better" wishes you all left me yesterday. I AM doing better, thanks. *smile*

great card Dana ...... what did you use for the flowers? I love the look of them and the color choice is fantastic!! I am still waiting for 2 of my stamps to come to me..... they were attached and I did not know and when I went to take the first one off the 2nd one tore ... I am glad you are feeling better.

Dana this is just gorgeous! I've been having trouble figuring out what to do with this set, and now you've inspired me (as you so often do!)

I wish I could say that this surprises me, but your artistic flair is always obvious! :) This is gorgeous! You're right about a woodgrain that goes the full length of the card. How did you do the backgrounds of the little squares? It almost looks like "sandpaper" texture? In any case, this is beautiful!

Stunning card Dana! I haven't seen many cards using this set. I love those flower images. The leaf ribbon behind the flowers is genius. I must case this one too! I've been on vacation (and unplugged from the internet) for almost two weeks and I've missed so many of the gorgeous cards you posted.

BTW, Seven Nations was amazing and so fun. What a nice group of guys.
