Tuesday Throwdown #3

It's that time again...Tuesday Throwdown! This week's challenge is to create a project that has a water or nautical theme.
Our sponser is Cindy Coutts of Stamp with Cindy! The prize is a SU set!
Come play along!

I used some PP and stamps from the PTI Men of Life line, and did a ton of inking to "age" them. While they were originally white and bright blue, they are now cream and dirty blue. LOL
I also used the Linen/Canvas impression plate to add some texture to the PP on the card base.

I was so pleased to find that ships's stearing wheel button in my stash too. Isn't it fun? Some stitching, some twine, and that adorable sailboat finished it off. Hmmm... I just realized that I didn't puit a sentiment on this card...I've been doing that a lot lately.

Thanks for stopping by today, do something creative!

I love how all parts of your card just say "nautical" - the rope, the loop brads, the colors, the stamps. Love it, Dana!
