*sigh*
I haven't had time to edit my photos so I'm pulling one from the archives (i.e. deep-deep, dark-dark, deep-dark pit!).
Please tell me I'm not alone in having multiple "draft" posts in blogger, just sitting there waiting to be finished...PLEASE? I mean, I can go back to 2007, when I first started writing this blog and find draft posts that have never been published! Goodness knows what THOSE cards look like! *chuckle*
This is only from last year. Like August 2010 sometime I think.
Terrible lighting I see now...Ugh.
That card was on a vintage cream base...NOT soft stone! LOL
YOF: Lily of the Valley is such a great stamp set...I should pull it out and play with it again.
Well thanks for stopping by anyway, hope you have a terrific Tuesday on this 1/11/11 date!!

Well I am glad you pulled this one out ....... so beautiful and I love the way you did the focal image. Beautiful Dana!!!
Too beautiful to miss posting.
gorgeous card...didn't realize the date until I read your post:) happy tuesday!
Beautiful! I love the layout. The flowers over to the side like that are spot on gorgeous. Really nice card, Dana.
So glad you reached into that pit to show this! Gorgeous Dana!
Love the card and that flower stamp is on my wish list along with all the other 11. lol
I am kind of weird in the fact that I don't like to have any drafts in my blogger so if I have any in there they are deleted the next day when I update to my blog.
Feel free to pull from this dark, deep, archive anytime. This is so pretty.
This is such a gem, Dana! I'm so glad you could finally share it. The design is absolutely brilliant, and I love the soft look with the inked edges.
It's a beauty Dana!
I'm glad you found it ;-)
Well, I love your Archives! Pull from them anytime! This is fantastic Dana! I love the little blocks of the flower....that is a fun technique!
Beautiful card! At least you have a 'pit' to pull from. And I'm sure you are more critical of your work then we are. TFS!
I really really REALLY like your creation - it is very charming how you broke up the flower into small squares.
This is gorgeous! I love that beautiful embossing. I'm really glad you decided to share this card. I still have a bunch that I need to post too. Only I'm not sure I still even like them... LoL.. My taste is always changing... so we'll see.
Dana this is BEAUTIFUL!!! I LOVE it!! Hmmm I think you should post some of the 07 drafts! I love seeing older creations.. fun to see how far we have come! (or how much we still do the same.. I am pretty sure I would have stitching on it then and now!! LOL!)
Have a GREAT day!
Beautiful card! AND you made me feel better about my stack of drafts gathering dust on my blog. Maybe I should dust a few off as well.
Ooo, so pretty! I love the colors!
And I do admit, that I have many drafts as well...it's always interesting to have 'cleaning' time with blogger. ;)
Tee Hee! I have some pics of cards hiding in the dark depths of my files on this computer...some of them so old that they make me cringe! LOL!
But this card is a beauty! Can't believe it's been hiding for so long!
Hugs,
Aimes

Oh WOW! Love the windows revealing the retty flowers! So beautiful!
Haha, yeah, there are cards I left in draft mode that I assure you will never see the light of day. :) Love this one though -- super cute with the windows!
This card is so pretty. I guess since I can't see the card live, I can't see what you're seeing, but I think it is lovely as is.
This is really pretty Dana! The embossing is such a great backdrop for the way you showcased your flowers!
I like this card! The texture, the little windows, the lily of the valley peeking through, the rhinestones -- I think it's great. Can't believe the whole day has gone by and I haven't even realized it was 1-11-11. Thanks for giving me a reason to write it!
This is such a beautiful card! How jealous am I - even your 'bad' lighting looks good ;)
p.s. 1-11-11 is my special day
This is beautiful, Dana! A technique that I'll have to try!!
this is so gorgeous...cant believe you didn't post this one yet.....love the squares!
This is a very beautiful card. Glad you brought out of the archive.
That is so pretty! I love the softness of the flowers you colored! And the window design is perfect with the image! Very pretty!
