Vintage in the making

Happy Wednesday!

I was feeling shabby the other day and after playing with some bits and pieces, this card came together pretty fast. The crazy part is that it was the first time I'd ever inked up Button Boutique by PTI. Don't know why I waited so long.

I love these pins.
They were purchased from this Etsy shop last year sometime and I am totally hoarding them!

PP from Webster's Pages, tag from 7 gypsies (but about 6 years ago now), sentiment from Mega Mixed Messages by PTI.

Isn't is neat the way different lighting can change the look of something?
Love that.

Thanks for stopping by today,
*mwah*

So, so pretty, Dana! I just love how you combined so many different elements/companies from so long ago and made it all work. I'm going to tell my husband that it IS okay to stock-pile my PP just for this reason! ;-)

Is there nothing you can't do well? This is so beautifully shabby, just the perfect balance of elements. Love the way you embellished the little tag, especially!

Holy Cannoli! Gorgeous card, Dana! It's shabby, vintage, distressed. Is it the paper that appears as such, or did you embellish that cool plane w/pink pearls? Your sketch is wonderful and all of the design elements put together, look wonderful. :)
