What a week.
I'm ready for it to end. This rash of bad luck has followed me long enough! *chuckle*
Did I mention that a yellow jacket stung me twice yesterday in my left index finger and it swelled up like a giant purple log with throbbing pain that is still radiating into my hand and up my arm even now? *sigh*
But my silly problems pale in comparison to dealing with breast cancer, and with October being Breast Cancer awareness month, this week the CAS-ual Friday challenge is FOR THE GIRLS.
Create a clean and simple project with the woman in your life in mind. A mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, niece, aunt, friend, co-worker, wife.
I went with a straightforward sentiment, but a with a subtle twist on the image.
The lemon slice was made with felt and stitched together by hand.
We are sponsored by Simon Say Stamp again!
They have been so generous with our winners, you should check them out!
And don't forget that we are looking for a guest designer this week also. Get your mojo flowing and bring out your best effort for this challenge.
CAS-ual Fridays wants YOU!
Thanks for stopping by,
XOXO
