Good Morning. Today's card is in honor of International Literacy Day (which was actually yesterday). The CAS-ual Friday challenge this week is to create a clean & simple card based on a book, but only using red, white, and black. Tricky, huh?
I based my card on one of my favorite books of all time: The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein.
Come play along with us this week at CAS-ual Fridays and show us your CAS card based on a book!
Our sponsor is Paper & Such where you can find all sorts of crafty goodies.
The tree image on my card is from Wilson Designs Ride Away With Me, the apple is from Denami Designs, the sentiment is from PCD's Carved Love set.
Thanks for stopping by today,

I remember this book and bought it for my girls when they were old enough to enjoy it. This card is a perfect presentation for it. ;)
