I'm a HUGE Elton John fan! I mean HUGE, seriously. So while whipping up this anniversary card for my Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Diz for their 60th, I just kept singing this song (60 Years On). Does that ever happen to you? A word or memory triggers a song to pop into your head and you can't get it out!
This was a simple card to make, took about 10 minutes tops. The only stamping is the sentiment, which is from Green Grass Stamps. I started with a scrap of Cosmo Cricket's Gretal PP line and just built it from there. Cs is from SU! (choc. chip, Ivory natural), ink is Colorbox chalk, flowers are Primas, and brads are Joann.

What a great card for their 60th, the sentiment is perfect, love the card. I can't get the image of Elton John in Central Park dressed in a duck suit out of my head.
Oh, wow, I love the colors! It's perfect, all around.
That's gorgeous! I love all that deep purple! You must be moving out of summertime and into the fall, already!! Sing it, ELTON!
