For the Love of Grids!
So what do you think? A lot of your guesses were correct...it's a trendy grid Background Builder!
This fun set has three different grid stamps that are long enough to cover an A2 card the looooong way. Love that about Practicing Creativity's background stamps! I love to make my own patterned paper and it drives me batty when BG stamps aren't long enough. PCD to the rescue!
Be sure to check out the rest of the Design Team's samples too, and leave a comment on Courtney's blog for a chance to win For the Love of Grids!
OH and Happy Groundhog's Day! I made my annual cookies last night. YUM. See here, and here, and here for pictures and recipe
We're snowed in so I may get some crafty time when we are done eating our Groundhog cookies! I wonder if they unburied Phil enough for him to decide if spring was on it's way! HA.
Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you have a WARM Wednesday! LOL

love the way you stamped that background......your cookies are hysterical...so fun!
OH that background is fantastic...... I love the colors and all the white on this card ....... always FABBY!!! And the cookies HYSTERICAL!!! I guess that helps get you in the mind set that your tulips are under that snow somewhere.
That's a cool background. I like the way the colors fade. Neat! Stay safe with all of that snow.
Love this card Dana! The gradient colors look awesome.
Happy Groundhog's Day to you too! I must find a cookie cutter like that for my brother and SIL. Every year they have a big Groundhog's Day party complete with trivia, contests, cookies and of course, the movie. They've tried several different shapes, but this would be all they ever need.
Awesome gradient! I didn't realize that when I first saw it but wow, does that ever make an impact on your card! Love it as usual.
Love the gradient! Lovely card, Dana!
Ok, the cookies are fabulous! When my daughter was going to bed last night, she said, "Tomorrow I want to look my best. It's Groundhog Day." I'll have to show her these cookies after school today.
I love your gradient stamping on this card Dana - so pretty. And excellent point about the backgrounds being long enough!!
Love your groundhog cookies - where did you get that cutter?
btw...Thanks for the heads-up on my blog ;) Really appreciate your help :)
EXCELLENT...love knowing about the size of the stamps...now that is super coolio! Your card is fantabulous and check out those fun cookies!!!!!!! You're thee best!
Wow, that monochromatic card is absolutely stunning! And get outta here with that groundhog cookie cutter - how cute are you!!
Love the monochromatic color scheme. The cookies are GREAT!!
I love the simple "clean" look of this card. Very cool. And from the video I saw this morning out of Punxatawney, Phil did NOT see his shadow. So that means spring should come...like next week, right? RIGHT??
Love that cool gradient background! And I had almost forgotten it was Groundhog Day until I saw your cookies. They are super cute! It's a good thing Phil isn't here today, he would run back into his hole and never come out again!
SWEET post, girl! We "lefties" gotta stick together, so I HAD to fwd you my Groundhog Day post too!
See http://sueblondin.blogspot.com/2011/02/happy-groundhog-day.html for Phil's prediction for 2011!
I love the card- very chic and trendy. The cookies made me giggle, I have to admit I've never seen a groundhog cookie before!
Fun cookies!! Good news about the weather: Al said on the Today show this morning that it will be warm by July! HaHa
Loooooove the background stamp! Those cookies are hyserical!
LOVE the card, love the blue. Those cookies are great. :-)
Oooh, what a fun monochromatic bg! Very cool!
Oh Dana! I LOVE your card and I guessed right! A background set! You gave me a little chuckle here with those cookies! They are adorable and I'm sure if Mr.Groundhog were in Kansas, he would not be unburied! After a blizzard yesterday and 9 inches, I don't think so!
Love the way you used different colors of blue for this and then left the side white! That is such a fun look! I don't use my blues enough, but I may need to rethink that! Very pretty! I love your cookies too! Those are so cute!
Love your card Dana, and I've never seen groundhog cookies, too CUTE!
Fab card! Stamped to perfection. Here's another first for me...Groundhog cookies? I love them. Is that a Foose cookie cutter? I love this! Thanks for bringing a big smile to my face. I needed that.
I love your stamping! The background is fantastic all gradient like that! Those cookies look delicious!!
I like the simplicity of this card. Especially the way the colors gradually faded. Nice job!
Yay! Stamps long enough to cover an A2 card - genius! Adore the shades of blue you've used with that grid!
Don't even get me started on how cute those cookies are....CA-UTE!!!!
Hugs,
Aimes
