Just a quick post...my schedule is CRAZY today!
I made this fast BD card for my SIL last week. Was having a total mind blank and then the idea just popped into my head! She's mom to a toddler and twin babies under a year so I went with cool, calming colors. This photo makes the colors look "off", though they aren't in person. The olive leaves match the button exactly in real life.
PP came from the "OLD WORLD" Stack from Joanns, stamps are SU "Best Blossoms" and sentiment is unknown. Ribbon is Offray, button is SEI, CS is Bazzill and SU, ink is Ranger and Hero Arts. In retrospect, I wish I had used pop dots under the flower to lift it up a bit, and add more depth to the card.

Hey Dana,
Please check by my blog for an important message!!!

I saw your comment over at Tammy's Recipies about eggless, dairy free eggnog. I would love to have that recipe if you're willing to share it.
We are a vegetarian, leaning closer to vegan family. I can't claim total vegan because some of the foods we eat at restaurants (ie mashed potatoes, cornbreads, desserts, etc.) and even some pre-made products from the grocery store contain egg whites and dairy, but we try very hard to eat primarily vegan foods.
Your calzones look delicious. I'm going to try them using the veggie mozzarella brand cheese. See, I told you we're not completely vegan. That particular brand
has casein in it, but we do
our best. :)
Lastly, I wanted to say that I just LOVE all your paper crafts. I too enjoy making cards for family & friends, but find that my creativity is stifled because of lack of $'s for all the supplies. I recently made my first photo scrapbook for my mom as a retirement gift. It took a lot of time, but was really fun to do. I have bookmarked your blog and plan to visit here often. :) :)
Blessings!
GREAT card girlfriend! Love those bday ones too! Glad the stuff got to you in time and you had time to make them. Your other stuff is coming shortly... after I divide up all those primas! lol Primas, primas everywhere! hehehe
