How pretty! I love the colors you chose and the damask in the center is very cool. Did you use the scorpal to create the lines on your blue panel?
In answer to your question, I used the small dots from BB2 (papertrey) to make the polka dots around my card yesterday. :o)

The colors are lovely together, that green & blue is my favorite go-to color combo in the summer but the kraft with the polka dots as a base really gives it an awesome look!
